Attended by one or two mentors, available for group mentoring and life-to-life individual time

Married or single, all men, all women or both

Small group, usually 5-10 in size

Conversations and relationships with Navigators staff and colleagues trained to serve as mentors and leaders

Meets at mutual convenience

Happy hours, hikes, bbqs, movie nights

Sometimes co-sponsored with a local church
