Doug and his wife, Janea, have been with The Navigators for 23 years. Since 2012, Doug has ministered on Capitol Hill, walking alongside Chiefs of Staff, legislative aides and interns on both sides of the aisle. 

He'll share about the practical encouragements of discipleship relationships.
